Braised Beef Ribs in Red Wine

  1. Preheat oven to 375F.
  2. Combine ribs and dressing in Dutch oven or large ovenproof saucepan.
  3. Add vegetables, wine and tomatoes with their liquid; cover.
  4. Bake 1-1/2 to 2 hours.
  5. Skim off fat.
  6. Serve meat and vegetables with pan gravy over rice.
