Longhorn Quick Chili Dip

  1. Cream the cottage cheese in a blender or food processor or with an electric mixer.
  2. Blend the chili in, mixing well.
  3. Add the hot sauce, lemon juice and cumin.
  4. Pour into a bowl and blend in the cheddar cheese, reserving a little for a garnish.
  5. Cover and chill.
  6. Makes about 3 3/4 cups of dip.
  7. SUGGESTED DIPPERS: Tortilla Chips, Celery, Cucumber, Bread Sticks, Deli Meats, Pickled Baby Corn, Carrots
