Linguine with Artichokes and Tomatoes
- 1-1/2 qt. KRAFT FREE Italian Dressing
- 1-1/2 gal. tomatoes, chopped Safeway 1 lb For $1.29 thru 02/09
- 1-1/2 gal. Canned artichoke hearts, drained
- 3 qt. Sliced pitted black olives, drained
- 1/2 cup garlic powder
- 3 gal. Cooked linguine
- 1-1/2 qt. PHILADELPHIA Neufchatel Cheese
- Cook dressing, tomatoes, artichokes, olives and garlic powder in large saucepot on medium heat 2 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Add linguine; toss lightly.
- Cook until heated through, stirring occasionally.
- For each serving: Place 10 oz.
- of the linquine mixture on serving plate; top with 2 Tbsp.
- of the cream cheese.
