Easy Barley Mushroom Casserole with French Onion Topping

  1. Pre-heat oven to 350F (180C).
  2. Cook barley per package directions; drain.
  3. Mix in soup and half the onions.
  4. Pour into 9-inch casserole dish and top with remaining onions.
  5. Bake 25 minutes.
