JELL-O Fruit Swirls

• 1/2 cup boiling water
• 1 pkg. (3 oz.) JELL-O Lemon Flavor Gelatin
• 1-1/2 cups JET-PUFFED Miniature Marshmallows

1. Add boiling water to gelatin mix in medium microwaveable bowl; stir 2 min.
2. until completely dissolved.
3. Stir in marshmallows.
4. Microwave on HIGH 1 min.
5. or until marshmallows are puffed; whisk until marshmallows are completely melted.
6. Pour into 9-inch square pan sprayed with cooking spray.
7. (Mixture will separate as it sits.)
8. Refrigerate 45 min.
9. or until firm.
10. Loosen edges with knife; cut gelatin into 16 strips.
11. Roll up.
12. Keep refrigerated.
