Red Cabbage Cole Slaw

  1. Using a chefs' knife, slice your cabbage through the core, into four sections.
  2. Carve out the core.
  3. Take two sections and slice very thin, lengthwise.
  4. Put into large bread bowl.
  5. Grate carrots in a food processor or with a hand grater.
  6. Add to bowl.
  7. Chop onion very fine and add to bowl.
  8. Then add dressing ingredients and mix well.
  9. Cover, refrigerate until ready to serve.
