Chicken Parisienne #2
- 4 large chicken breasts
- 1/2 cup cooking sherry or white wine
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 2/3 cup mushrooms with liquid
- 1 cup sour cream
- Place uncooked chicken into a 11x7x1.5 inch baking dish.
- Combine the cooking sherry, cream of mushroom soup, sour cream and mushrooms into a mixing bowl.
- Pour the combined ingredients over the uncooked chicken.
- Sprinkle the top with paprika (to taste) I used a ton of this stuff!
- Bake, uncovered, at 350F (175C) for 1 hour.
- Serve with your favorite side dish.
