Chicken Parisienne #2

  1. Place uncooked chicken into a 11x7x1.5 inch baking dish.
  2. Combine the cooking sherry, cream of mushroom soup, sour cream and mushrooms into a mixing bowl.
  3. Pour the combined ingredients over the uncooked chicken.
  4. Sprinkle the top with paprika (to taste) I used a ton of this stuff!
  5. Bake, uncovered, at 350F (175C) for 1 hour.
  6. Serve with your favorite side dish.
