Christopher's Favorite Chili
- 1 -2 lb stewing beef
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 large sweet onion
- 2 (14 ounce) cans diced tomatoes
- 1 (15 ounce) can black beans
- 1 (15 ounce) can pinto beans
- 1 (16 ounce) jarpace salsa, Hot
- 3 teaspoons ground cumin
- 1.
- Coursely dice onion.
- 2.
- Cut stew beef into bite sized pieces.
- 3.
- Heat oil in pot, saute onions until tender, add stew beef and brown.
- 4.
- Drain both cans of beans, add.
- 5.
- Add diced tomatoes, salsa and cumin.
- 6.
- Bring to a simmer, reduce heat and let cook for several hours.
