Christopher's Favorite Chili

  2. Coursely dice onion.
  3. 2.
  4. Cut stew beef into bite sized pieces.

  6. Heat oil in pot, saute onions until tender, add stew beef and brown.

  8. Drain both cans of beans, add.
  9. 5.
  10. Add diced tomatoes, salsa and cumin.
  11. 6.
  12. Bring to a simmer, reduce heat and let cook for several hours.
