Apricot Anise Collins Recipe
- 1/2 ounce Apricot brandy
- 1 1/2 ounce Gin
- 1 1/2 tsp Anisette
- 1 Tbsp. Lemon juice Carbonated water
- 1 slc Lemon
- Shake gin, brandy, anisette, and lemon juice with ice and strain into a collins glass over ice cubes.
- Fill with carbonated water and stir lightly.
- Decorate with the slice of lemon and serve.
