Baked Tomato And Egg
- 6 small cherry tomatoes
- 1/4 cup mix ( mozarella, chedder and parmesan cheese )
- 1 tbsp dried Italian herbs
- 1 tsp fine chili powder
- 1/4 cup coconut oil or any oil
- 2 egg
- 1 dash salt
- in pan with coconut oil fry egg and rain before egg white is set but yolk is runny
- put cooked fried eggs on baking tray then top cherry tomato then cheese and herbs
- broil it for 10 minute till cheese melted and top with fine chili powder and serve
