Artichoke Hearts French

  1. Beat egg with milk.
  2. Mix Italian bread crumbs with parmasen cheese.
  3. Cut artichoke hearts into quarters.
  4. Dip in flour, then egg mixture then in Italian bread crumbs.
  5. Fry in butter over medium heat.
