Pork Chops a la Jenni

  1. Season pork chops with salt and pepper.
  2. Dip chops into flour and shake off excess.
  3. Brown chops on both sides in butter in a large skillet.
  4. Place chops in overlapping rows in a shallow casserole.
  5. Spoon pan drippings over chops.
  6. Spread mushroom soup over chops.
  7. Sprinkle with parmesan cheese and paprika.
  8. Bake covered in a preheated 350-degree oven 15 to 20 minutes.
