Crock Pot Soup
- 2-3 pounds beef chuck roast cut in small chunks
- 5 each potatoes diced
- 5 each carrots diced
- 1 each onions diced
- 1 each celery stalk, chopped
- 1 each tomatoes, canned can, rotel
- 1 each corn small can
- 1 each green beans small can
- 1 x salt and black pepper salt and pepper, to taste
- Put this all into the crockpot and turn on high until the mixture starts to boil.
- Turn on low and cook all day.
- Serve with hot corn bread.
