Crockpot Pork and Beans
- 6 boneless pork loin chops, trimmed of excess fat
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 (20 ounce) cans pork and beans (your favorite)
- 13 cup ketchup
- 3 tablespoons mustard
- In a 4-quart crockpot, combine onion, pork and beans, ketchup and mustard and stir to blend.
- Add chops to mixture.
- Cover crockpot and cook on LO heat for 8-9 hours or until pork is tender.
- If you have a newer, hotter cooking crockpot, check the chops for doneness at 7 hours.
