Chinese Sweet And Sour Rabbit Recipe

  1. Heat oil in heavy pan, brown rabbit over moderate heat.
  2. Season with salt and pepper.
  3. Add in pineapple juice and vinegar.
  4. Cover pan and cook over LOW heat for 45 min.
  5. Add in pineapple and green pepper, then cook a few min longer.
  6. Mix cornstarch and sugar, stir into water.
  7. Stir this mix gradually into liquid in pan of rabbit and cook slowly about 5 min.
  8. Makes 4 to 6 servings.
