A.1. Spicy Cream Cheese Burger
- A.1. Sauce
- 2 cups A.1. Original Sauce
- 1/2 cup red wine vinegar
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter
- 2 Tbsp. LEA & PERRINS Worcestershire Sauce
- 2 tsp. ground black pepper
- 1 tsp. garlic powder
- Cream Cheese Spread
- 8 each OSCAR MAYER 1 oz. Raw Pork Sausage Links, casings removed
- 8 slices OSCAR MAYER Bacon Slices, chopped
- 4 each fresh jalapeno peppers, sliced into rings, seeded
- 2 cups PHILADELPHIA Original Cream Cheese
- Burger Assembly
- 16 each ground beef patties (5.33 oz.)
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. black pepper
- 32 slices Texas toast white sandwich bread, toasted
- A.1.
- Sauce: Combine ingredients in saucepan.
- Bring to simmer.
- Remove from heat; cool.
- Cream Cheese Spread: Cook sausage and bacon in skillet until lightly browned.
- Add jalapeno peppers; cook until softened.
- Remove from heat; drain.
- Add to cream cheese; mix well.
- For each serving: Season 1 patty with salt and pepper.
- Sear on 1 side.
- Flip burger and brush with 1-1/2 Tbsp.

- Sauce.
- Turn over again and brush with additional 1-1/2 Tbsp.

- Turn over once more and cook to desired doneness.
- Spread 1 Tbsp.
- Cream Cheese Spread on each toast slice.
- Fill with prepared burger.
