Pico De Gallo

  1. Wash all of the vegetables.
  2. Dice the tomato and onion, finely dice the jalapeno, mince the cilantro.
  3. Add all ingredients onto a medium bowl.
  4. Add lemon juice and salt, mix well and refrigirate for 30 minutes.
  5. Serve with chips and enjoy!
