Webb poppers
- 6 large Jalapenos , cut into halfs
- 2 sticks of cream cheese
- 12 slices of thick cut bacon, whatever is your favorite
- dash soy sauce, couple of dashes
- So I start by cutting all the jalapenos into halfs
- Than I use a spoon and take the seeds out.
- On this step you can also decide on how hott you want the poppers , so gutting the peppers very well won't leave much heat.
- After that it gets messy, I use the spoon and fill each pepper with cream cheese .
- Fill them to the max or whatever your liking is .
- Also the cream cheese doesn't have to be room temperature either .
- After filling I take a slice of bacon and dip it down into the cream cheese and start wrapping the bacon around the pepper .
- If you can't get large peppers , no problem.
- Just cut the bacon slices in half .
- I've done that plenty of times.
- After the bacon is on , on a cookie sheet I line it with foil and dash soy sauce on the bottom.
- Just a couple dashes .
- Then I spread out the poppers and bake at 350 for about 35 to 45 minutes.
- Just till the bacon and cream cheese start to brown and crisp .
