Webb poppers

  1. So I start by cutting all the jalapenos into halfs
  2. Than I use a spoon and take the seeds out.
  3. On this step you can also decide on how hott you want the poppers , so gutting the peppers very well won't leave much heat.
  4. After that it gets messy, I use the spoon and fill each pepper with cream cheese .
  5. Fill them to the max or whatever your liking is .
  6. Also the cream cheese doesn't have to be room temperature either .
  7. After filling I take a slice of bacon and dip it down into the cream cheese and start wrapping the bacon around the pepper .
  8. If you can't get large peppers , no problem.
  9. Just cut the bacon slices in half .
  10. I've done that plenty of times.
  11. After the bacon is on , on a cookie sheet I line it with foil and dash soy sauce on the bottom.
  12. Just a couple dashes .
  13. Then I spread out the poppers and bake at 350 for about 35 to 45 minutes.
  14. Just till the bacon and cream cheese start to brown and crisp .
