Super Smoothie
- 8 ounces cranberry juice or 8 ounces pomegranate juice or 8 ounces water
- 2 teaspoons any popular fiber supplement
- 6 ounces any low-fat yogurt
- 12 cup frozen blueberries
- 12 cup frosen mixed fruit
- Fill blender in this order to keep the frozen fruit from jamming the blades; liquid, yogurt, fiber, then fruit.
- Blend until smooth.
