Mrs. Darrah Casserole
- 1 package Wide Egg Noodles
- 1 pound Lean Ground Beef
- 1 whole Medium Onion
- 1 whole Red Bell Pepper
- 2 cloves Garlic, Minced
- Salt And Pepper
- 2 teaspoons Italian Seasoning
- 4 ounces, weight Tomato Paste
- 15 ounces, fluid Canned Tomato Sauce
- 8 ounces, weight Sour Cream
- 1/2 cups Milk
- 1- 1/2 cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese
- Cooking Spray

- Preheat oven to 350 F
- 2.
- Bring package of egg noodles to boil in salted water (al dente)
- 3.
- While noodles are boiling, brown ground beef in pan along with onion, pepper, and garlic.
- 4.
- Add salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning to ground beef mixture and mix well while heating.
- Add in tomato paste and sauce.
- 5.
- Mix sour cream and milk well.
- Add salt and pepper.
- 6.
- Add sour cream mixture to cooked and drained egg noodles.
- 7.
- Mix together ground beef mixture and egg noodle mixture in casserole dish that has been lightly sprayed with cooking spray.
- 8.
- Pour cheddar cheese evenly on top of casserole.
- 9.
- Bake for about 25 minutes or until cheese is browned and bubbling!
