Vegetarian Chicken and Cashew Wrap
- 1 Tablespoon Olive Oil
- 12 pieces Morning Star Chick'n Tenders
- 1 whole Multi-grain Flatout Brand Flat Bread Sheet
- Non-fat Or Any Cream Cheese
- Mustard To Taste
- Lettuce Or Salad Mix
- 13 cups Cashews, Salted Or Unsalted
- Kraft Zesty Italian Dressing
- Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
- Drop the chicken strips in and cook for 3 to 5 minutes, turning to brown all sides.
- When done, remove from pan.
- Lay out the flatbread and spread evenly with a thin layer of cream cheese.
- Squirt a little mustard over the cream cheese.
- Pile on a handful or so of the salad greens, then lay the chicken strips on top.
- Sprinkle the cashews over the top.
- Drizzle with a little Kraft Zesty Italian dressing.
- Roll up, and eat immediately while the chicken is still warm.
