Vegetarian Chicken and Cashew Wrap

  1. Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. Drop the chicken strips in and cook for 3 to 5 minutes, turning to brown all sides.
  3. When done, remove from pan.
  4. Lay out the flatbread and spread evenly with a thin layer of cream cheese.
  5. Squirt a little mustard over the cream cheese.
  6. Pile on a handful or so of the salad greens, then lay the chicken strips on top.
  7. Sprinkle the cashews over the top.
  8. Drizzle with a little Kraft Zesty Italian dressing.
  9. Roll up, and eat immediately while the chicken is still warm.
