Watermelon Salad

  1. Marinate the onions in the lemon juice overnight, refrigerated.
  2. Toast the cheese under the broiler until black, then cool and shred.
  3. Combine the marinated onions with the cheese, and remaining ingredients.
  4. Mix gently, but completely and serve immediately.
