Wasabi fried calamari

  1. Put the wasabi in a plastic bag.
  2. Cut the squid and then put it in the bag with the wasabi and shake.
  3. Beat egg with a generous pinch of salt.
  4. Heat the oil in a deep pan/wok.
  5. One by one coat the squid withegg and then the flour and put on thenpan.
  6. Take the squid out of the pan after around 1 minute a half or until they are golden brown.
