Hummus
- 1 (14 1/2 ounce) can chickpeas, drained
- 3 tablespoons rounded tahini paste
- 12 teaspoon paprika
- 12 teaspoon cumin
- 12 teaspoon salt
- 3 tablespoons cilantro (fresh)
- 2 garlic cloves
- 14 fresh red pepper, blackened
- 12 jalpeno pepper, diced
- 12 fresh lemon, juiced
- 14 cup extra virgin olive oil
- Mix all ingredients in food processor, except olive oil to form a smooth paste.
- Slowly Drizzle extra virgin olive oil into mixture until smooth and creamy.
- May serve immediately or refrigerate for later use.
