Watermelon & Kiwi Slush with Tapioca Pearls
- 300 grams Watermelon
- 2 Kiwi
- 1 Black tapioca pearls
- 1 tbsp Lemon juice
- 1 tbsp Liqueur
- 1 tsp Honey
- Slice half the amount of watermelon and kiwi into small pieces and put in the freezer.
- Boil the tapioca as instructed on the packet.
- Pour a sufficient amount into a glass.
- Blend the watermelon, lemon juice, liqueur of your choice and honey in a mixer, then pour it into the glass.
- Add a little water if the frozen fruit is hard to blend.
- Wash the mixer, then blend the kiwi.
- Gently pour it over the watermelon slush.
- Add some water if it is hard to blend.
- You'll need very fat straws so you can suck up the tapioca.
- Don't forget to buy them when you buy the tapioca!
