Shahi Paneer

  1. Mix first 3 ingredients until well blended; set aside.
  2. Heat oil in large nonstick skillet on medium-high heat.
  3. Add onions, garlic and ginger; cook and stir 2 min.
  4. or until onions are crisp-tender.
  5. Add paneer and seasonings; cook and stir 2 min.
  6. or until paneer is lightly browned.
  7. Add tomato mixture; cook on medium heat 5 min.
  8. or until heated through, stirring occasionally.
  9. Stir in lemon juice.
