Guava Granita

  1. Combine the guava nectar, rum, lime juice and orange juice in a 9-by-13-inch baking dish.
  2. Cover with plastic wrap and place in the freezer.
  3. Stir every 30 minutes, breaking up the larger frozen chunks.
  4. Repeat this process until slushy, about 3 hours.
  5. Scoop and serve.
