Lasagna

  1. Brown and drain ground beef. Add tomatoes, tomato paste, onion (chopped) and spices.
  2. Simmer for 15 minutes.
  3. Layer lasagna noodles in 9 x 12-inch pan.
  4. Top with 1/2 cottage cheese and 1/2 sauce.
  5. Repeat.
  6. Bake at 350u0b0
  7. for 30 minutes.
  8. Cover with aluminum foil and bake 30 minutes at 350u0b0.
  9. Top with Mozzarella cheese and bake additional 15 minutes.
  10. Let set several minutes before serving.
