Caribbean Burgers With Mango Salsa

  1. Combine beef and jerk seasoning in a large bowl, mixing lightly but thoroughly.
  2. Shape into 4 patties (3/4 in thick).
  3. Plate patties on grill over medium coals.
  4. Grill uncovered 13 - 15 minutes or until done, turning as needed.
  5. Meanwhile, combine remaining ingredients in a medium bowl, mixing lightly.
  6. Serve salsa with burgers.
