Boboli Chicken Parmesan Recipe
- 1 Tbsp. Oil
- 3/4 lb boned and skinned chicken breasts cut into strips
- 5 ounce pizza sauce
- 1 whl 12" Boboli Italian Bread Shell
- 1 c. shredded mozzarella cheese (about 4 ounce)
- 2 Tbsp. grated parmesan cheese
- 1.
- Heat oven to 450F.
- 2.
- Heat oil in large skillet on medium-high heat.
- Add in chicken; cook and stir till cooked through.
- 3.
- Stir in sauce.
- 4.
- Spoon chicken mix onto bread shell and sprinkle with cheeses.
- 5.
- Bake on ungreased cookie sheet 10 min or possibly till bread shell is crisp.
- NOTES : This is a great use for left over roasted chicken - Skip step 2 and combine the chicken and sauce then microwave to heat mix to hot/warm.
- Continue with Step 4.
