Easy Sausage Supper Recipe

• 1-2 lbs. sweet Italian sausage
• 2-3 sweet potatoes, peeled & sliced
• 1 can apple pie filling

1. Boil sausage for 30 min and slice.
2. Place sausage in baking dish, add in sweet potatoes and apple pie filling.
3. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
4. Variation: Substitute Mrs. Paul's frzn candied sweet potatoes and 1 can pineapple chunks.
5. Mix the juice from the pineapple with the candied sauce packet and pour over mix.
