Chicken Bacon Bake
- 2 cups BBQ Sauce, Your Favorite
- 13 cups Mustard, Your Favorite, I Use Honey Mustard
- 1/2 teaspoons Garlic Salt
- 1/2 teaspoons Pepper
- 13 cups Sherry Or Red Cooking Wine
- 3 whole Chicken Breasts, Cut In Half Lengthwise To Make 6 Thin Breasts
- 8 ounces, weight Mozzarella Cheese, Sliced
- 4 ounces, weight Bacon, Cooked, More Or Less According To Taste
- 2 whole Scallions, Chopped
- Mix BBQ sauce, mustard, wine, garlic salt, and pepper together.
- Add the wine and stir.
- Pour over chicken breasts in a 9x13 pan.
- Cook chicken in the sauce for about 20 minutes at 350 degrees F or until almost done.
- Place cheese over chicken and top with bacon strips.
- Bake for an additional 10 minutes, or until cheese is melted.
- Sprinkle with scallions.
- Excellent over mashed potatoes, drizzled with extra sauce.
