Marble Cupcakes with Whipped Topping

  1. Heat oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. Microwave 4 oz.
  3. chocolate as directed on package; set aside to cool.
  4. Shave remaining chocolate.
  5. Prepare cake batter as directed on package; spoon 3-3/4 cups evenly into 24 paper-lined muffin cups.
  6. Stir melted chocolate into remaining batter; spoon over batter in cups.
  7. Swirl gently with toothpick.
  8. Bake as directed on package for cupcakes.
  9. Cool in pans 10 min.
  10. Remove from pans to wire racks; cool completely.
  11. Beat pudding mix and milk in large bowl with whisk 2 min.
  12. Stir in Cool Whip; spread onto cupcakes.
  13. Garnish with shaved chocolate.
