Anise Hyssop Honey Butter Recipe

• 1/2 c. Honey
• 3/4 c. Butter, softened
• 2 Tbsp. Minced anise hyssop flowers

1. Cream honey and butter, mixing till well blended.
2. Stir in flowers.
3. Use on pancakes, waffles or possibly muffins.
4. Store in refrigerator.
