Zesty Chicken and Pasta
- 2 oz. rotini pasta, uncooked
- 4 oz. boneless skinless chicken breast, cut into chunks
- 2 Tbsp. KRAFT Lite House Italian Dressing, divided
- 1/2 cup broccoli florets (1 inch)
- 1/4 small red onion, thinly sliced
- 1/4 large red pepper, chopped
- 1/2 tsp. fresh parsley, chopped
- 1 Tbsp. KRAFT Grated Parmesan Cheese
- 1
- 8 fl oz (1 cup) drinking water
- Cook pasta as directed on pasta; drain well and set aside.
- Cook and stir chicken with 1 Tbsp.
- of the dressing in a medium skillet over medium-high heat for 4 min.
- or until no longer pink.
- Add broccoli, onion, peppers and parsley; cook until tender, stirring occasionally.
- Toss chicken mixture with pasta and remaining 1 Tbsp.
- of dressing.
- Sprinkle with cheese.
