Biscuit Muffin Cups
- 13 cup shortening
- 1 34 cups all-purpose flour
- 2 12 teaspoons baking powder
- 34 teaspoon salt
- 34 cup milk
- 6 -8 ounces meat
- 1 cup cheese
- Cut shortening into flour, baking powder, and salt until mixture resembles fine crumbs.
- Stir in just enough milk so dough leaves side of bowl and rounds up into a ball.
- Turn onto floured surface and knead lightly 10 times.
- Roll 1/4 inch thick and cut with floured biscuit cutter.
- (You can roll them as thin as you need to, you just need to end up with 24 biscuits.
- Don't be afraid that they're to thin, they will grow in the oven.

- Line 12 lightly greased muffin pans with one biscuit.

- Fill with your choice and top with the other 12 biscuits.
- Bake at 375 for 12-15 minute.
