Parsnip & Carrot Oven Frites

  1. Blanch vegetables in large saucepan of boiling water 5 min.
  2. ; drain.
  3. Immediately rinse vegetables under cold running water to stop the cooking process; pat dry.
  4. Place in large bowl.
  5. Add dressing, garlic and thyme; toss to evenly coat vegetables.
  6. Spread into single layers in sheet pans sprayed lightly with cooking spray.
  7. Bake in 400 degrees F standard oven 15 to 20 min.
  8. or until vegetables are crisp-tender, stirring after 10 min.
  9. Sprinkle with cheese.
