Bananas Foster - De Carle

  1. In a wide skillet, melt butter and sugar over medium heat, stirring constantly until mixture has blended to caramel.
  2. Add liquors and ignite.
  3. (Use caution!)
  4. Heat bananas in mixture for 2 minutes and serve over ice cream.
  5. Sprinkle with a dash of cinnamon.
