French Picnic Loaf

  1. Combine all ingredients except watercress and French bread in large bowl; mix well.
  2. Shape into loaf in rectangular baking pan. Bake in preheated 325u0b0 oven until meat thermometer inserted into center registers 170u0b0, about 1 1/2 hours.
  3. Cool on wire rack; refrigerate until cold.
  4. Garnish with watercress; serve with French bread.
