Shrimp Etouffe--Um Good

  1. Melt butter or oleo in larger skillet and saute onion and bell pepper.
  2. Add soups, tomatoes and shrimp.
  3. Simmer for 20 minutes.
  4. Server over cooked rice or pasta.
