Molded Fruit Dessert Recipe

  1. Bring water, apricot nectar, orange juice, lemon juice and agar to a boil.
  2. Reduce heat and simmer five min, stirring occasionally.
  3. Remove from heat, add in tea bags, cover pan and let tea steep five min.
  4. Remove tea bags, pour mix into a mold prerinsed with cool water, and chill till mix starts to set, about 20 min.
  5. Meanwhile, prepare fruit.
  6. When agar mix is ready, gently mix in fruit.
  7. Chill till set.
  8. Unmold and garnish as desired.
  9. Serve plain or possibly top with plain soy yogurt, whipped tofu topping, or possibly natural vanilla or possibly rice dream soybean ice cream.
