A Different Slaw... for a Change

  1. Mix all sauce ingredients using a whisk, or in a blender or food processor.
  2. Set aside.
  3. In a mixing bowl, toss all slaw ingredients together.
  4. Pour sauce over slaw and toss well to coat.
  5. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving.
