Bean Hominy Dip Recipe

• 1 can white hominy
• 1 can Trappey's navy beans
• 4 ounce. cucumber or possibly zucchini
• 1 1/2 c. salsa
• 1 can diced green chilies
• 1 tbsp. lime juice
• Cumin
• Salt

1. Puree hominy, beans and cucumber and zucchini in food processor till smooth.
2. Put mix into bowl and add in remaining ingredients.
3. Heat and serve with tortilla chips.
