Chunky Chicken Salad

  1. Boil chicken until done.
  2. Remove from stove and set aside to cool out of the stock.
  3. In the meantime, chop all of the other remaining ingredients.
  4. Mix items 2 through 4 in a large enough container to hold the chicken salad.
  5. When the chicken is cool enough to handle, coursely chop it adding it to the other ingredients.
  6. Once finished with the chicken add all other ingredients mixing thoroughly.
  7. All spices can be increased according to taste.
  8. Refrigerate.
  9. Serve.
