Peach, Plum, Pear.

  1. Thinly slice fruit
  2. In small bowl combine with salt, sugar, cinnamon and butter.
  3. Lightly toss.
  4. Roll out dough, cut into strips 1 inch wide, then cut half way into thirds.
  5. Place 1 slice each of fruit onto dough strip and fold dough over.
  6. Repeat.
  7. OPTIONAL: icing: over med low heat mix 1 cup powdered sugar with 1 tsp of vanilla and 1/2 cup of milk.
  8. Whisk briskly until smooth and thickened.
  9. Bake for 8-10 minutes at preheated oven temp instructed by pie crust box.
  10. Let cool and drizzle with icing.
  11. For shitz and giggles I garnished with a ridiculously small amount of parsely and tiny orange wedges for color.
  12. To each their own.
