Soy, Maple & Chipotle Chilli Steaks with Tender Stem Broccoli
- 2 Sirloin Steak
- 3 1/2 tbsp Light Soy Sauce
- 3 1/2 tbsp Maple Syrup
- 3 tbsp Sesame Oil
- 1 piece Spring Onion, chopped fine
- 1 tsp Chipotle Chillis
- 2 cup Tender Stem Broccoli
- 2 clove Garlic, crushed/finely diced
- Mix oil, chilli, garlic, spring onion, maple syrup and soy sauce in a deep dish.
- Place steaks in sauce and marinade for as long as possible.
- At least 30 mins.
- Remove steaks from the marinade, set aside on a plate and begin to heat your pan on a medium to high heat with a drop of oil.
- At the same time add the tender stem broccoli to a boiling pan of water for 10 mins.
- Pour the rest of your marinade sauce into a separate deep pan and heat gently.
- Once your steak pan is hot get the steaks in and cook to your liking.
- Drain broccoli and place on the middle of the plates.
- Remove steaks from pan and place on top of broccoli.
- Pour some sauce from the pan on to your steaks and set the rest aside in a ramikin for extra pouring.
- Serve and enjoy...
