Dijon Pesto Steak
- 1/3 cup finely chopped fresh basil or parsley
- 1/3 cup finely chopped PLANTERS Walnuts
- 1/4 cup GREY POUPON Dijon Mustard
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 boneless beef sirloin steak, about 3/4 inch thick (1-1/2 lb.) Whole Foods 1 lb For $7.99 thru 02/09
- Preheat broiler.
- Mix basil, walnuts, mustard and garlic; set aside.
- Place steak on rack of broiler pan.
- Broil, 6 inches from heat, 10 minutes, turning after 5 minutes.
- Spread top with basil mixture.
- Continue broiling 3 to 5 minutes or until steak is lightly browned and cooked through.
