Grilled Fat-Free Cheese Sandwich

  1. Place the Swiss on one side of one side of a slice if bread.
  2. Follow with the Cheddar & the second piece of bread.
  3. Melt the omega-3 spread in a skillet over medium heat & cook the sandwich for 1 to 2 minutes on each side, or until cheese is melted and the bread is toasty.
