Very Berry JELL-O

  1. Stir boiling water into dry gelatin mix in medium bowl at least 2 min.
  2. until completely dissolved.
  3. Add enough ice cubes to cold water to measure 1-1/4 cups.
  4. Add to gelatin; stir until slightly thickened.
  5. Remove any unmelted ice.
  6. Refrigerate 10 min.
  7. or until slightly thickened (consistency of unbeaten egg whites).
  8. Add strawberries; stir.
  9. Pour evenly into six dessert dishes.
  10. Refrigerate 2 hours or until firm.
  11. Store leftover desserts in refrigerator.
