Soft Ginger Cookies Recipe

  1. Sift together flour, ginger and salt.
  2. Work in shortening; add in molasses, sour lowfat milk and soda dissolved in a little warm water; mix well and drop by teaspoonful onto greased cookie sheet.
  3. Bake at 375 degrees for 10 to 12 min.
  4. Yield: 3 dozen.
